• Hello Sir,
I’m interested in testing and using your BePro Listing plugin. But my Questions are:
1.) Why didn’t you make the plugin Compatible with WooCommerce?

The reason for this is because my country people prefer to pay in our local currency because PayPal and Stripe require Payment in dollars, and getting dollars in my country is hard—you need to go through a process of opening a Domicillary Account, deep documentation with attendant charges.

But with WooCommerce, there’s an integration to a Payment Gateway plugin called Paystack. And with Paystack, you can pay in our local currency.

My Question is then again—Why didn’t you make the plugin Compatible with WooCommerce?

2.) I think I heard or saw or read somewhere that you have a Real Estate Addon. Can I use the BePro Listing and BePro Real Estate on one(1) website?

And if I’m to use the two plugins on one website, How do I ensure that an search for Adverts only searches Adverts, and a search for Business Listings only searches Business Listings?

Hoping to hear from you soon.
    Regards

    Hi,

    Great questions.

    1. BePro Listings uses BePro Cart to provide Paypal payments for free. We are excited to provide a solution designed to help you make money without any cost to you. We happily support customers with this free solution in hopes of giving back to the WordPress community. We review all of the downloads of BePro Cart and are constantly amazed at all of the faraway places where our solutions are used.

As you noted, BePro Cart offers a stripe addon. Stripe supports processing payments in 135+ currencies. We also offer a 2Checkout add-on with coverage in 200+
Countries and Territories. We invite requests for addons on our website, especially in a situation where there is an underserved customer

The larger technical answer is that we built this directory solution to scale and support large global audiences. We are Woocommerce experts. We have created and sold addons for it on our website like WooCube which joined Cubepoints with Woocommerce. We put a lot of thought into our choice not to integrate BePro Listings with Woocommerce. We designed BePro Cart to do payments, that’s it. This makes it lightweight and easily configured to support many product configurations. There are many more reasons for our choice but that’s a quick example.

    2. www.ads-software.com makes it very difficult to remove plugins from their platform. At this point, the Real Estate addon is little more than an advertisement to show customers that the plugin can serve multiple directory types.

A long time ago, we created the BePro Listings Form Builder addon. As the name suggests, it allows you to capture and showcase the unique information that your directory needs. So if you are looking for real estate details, create a form for that. If you also want to capture business listings (Adverts) create another form for that. If you expand in the future, create a new form for that new thing. The brilliance in this setup is that you can choose which fields are searchable and viewable on the frontend per form. There are also many features and configurations you can use to keep these listings separate on the frontend.

With great power comes great responsibility. We have found that sometimes, it just makes more sense to use a WordPress multisite installation which BePro Listings supports for free. So that’s an easy way to use that old Real Estate addon and the stock BePro Listings plugin on the same website. Setup one multisite subdomain for Real Estate and another one for your ads.
