Hi there, it would require custom development to modify your theme, but you could create a Draw Attention image for each product and then create templates for each product ID to replace the product image. But that would be a little labor intensive & manual process for each product. For a store with only a few products this would be manageable, but there isn’t an easy 1-click way to accomplish this kind of customization unfortunately
