• The woocommerce integration does not consider payment gateway fees. This makes you have a wrong view of your profits.
Especially on the Cash Flow screen, where you have a summary of entries and exits.

My sales are virtual products and have no delivery costs. But it’s also another cost to consider.
There are also product costs that can be configured with the help of plugins.

It would be very important if there is this option to automatically post the costs / fees of each order.

May I ask you to provide more information about your configuration? What payment gateway is used and how the commission is charged in it. Is there information about this commission inside the WooCommerce order?

Regarding the option to automatically post order fees, maybe you have some idea how it should be configured in the plugin.

Please send the details to [email protected].

Oh sure! I hope I can help with improvements.

I don’t know if all payment gateway plugins provide this fee information. I use stripe and the plugins provide this information, see the print below.https://jmp.sh/v/T8GpcVmP4UGfTnA5gSYA

    Plugins: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/ and https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-stripe-payment/

I believe that each plugin does it in a way. So the ideal would be to have a way to configure these fees and costs in Money Manager itself.
Example: For each product launched as INCOME, enter an EXPENSES of fees/costs for that product.

Stripe’s fees are calculated like this: A percentage – 3.99% – on each transaction plus a fixed amount of 0.39 cents.
Product and/or shipping costs can be fixed or percentage as well.
So it would be interesting to have a place to parameterize the costs/fees of each sale.

It’s an idea… but maybe you’ll think of it better.

Thanks for the explanation. I will try to implement some solution for this case.
