WooCommerce integration (extra product info/sheets)

    Hey,

    Does the plugin have some sort of integration into the WooCommerce plugin, so download-files can be linked to WooCommerce products, and they will appear on the product details page automatically?

    Or is the way of achieving this by manually include a download shortcode/URL in the WooCommerce product description from a user perspective.

    Or including a meta field with the download ID for each WooCommerce-Product and hook into the details page to display a download-link of this ID dynamically.

    Looking forward to getting to know if there is built-in support or one of the described methods above should be considered or is there another way of achieving the described behaviour?

    You can achieve this currently with DLM, and I can walk you through the setup process once I get a bit more information.

    Our use case is to offer product data as downloadable PDF for each product, so customers can download additional product related data as PDFs.

    For example, offering product sheet downloads in a B2B WooCommerce store:

    In some industry, it’s also a data sheet / product marketing sheet. It’s basically a one page document the 3rd party can take it with them to show it to the other folks.

    @phpbot – it looks like I misspoke. DLM can not currently do this.

    Although, your use case is a very interesting one indeed.

    We’ll look into it and release it as a potential future update.
