    Hello,

    I am looking forward to purchasing the plugin. However, I need to clarify 3 things first.

    1. Is Webba an Iframe? I mean will I be able to track in Google Ads all the microconversion during the booking process (form view > selecting a service > purchase)?
    2. My business is located in Poland therefore I need to provide local payment options for my customers. I wonder how does the Woocommerce integration work in that matter? If I integrate Webba with Woocommerce, will all my payments methods that are currently integrated with Woocommerce, also be available within Webba plugin?
    3. Does Webba plugin allow setting different availability per day? E.g. I would like to set default hourly availability throughout the entire week, but I would also like to have the possibility to switch off certain days (e.g. holidays).

    1. No, Webba is not an iframe. Webba directly integrates its UI elements into your page, allowing you to theoretically create events in the Tag Manager.
    2. Yes, all your payment methods will be available. Webba integrates bookings into the WooCommerce cart, and the payment process is then fully managed by WooCommerce.
    3. Yes, Webba offers highly flexible scheduling tools. Please check the Schedule Tools section here:https://webba-booking.com/documentation/calendar/.

    Ad. 1 – Can you recommend basing on which trigger could I launch a Google Tag Manager event? Let’s say I would like to track conversion as a view of details page of your plugin (which seems to always be the 3rd step of the booking process, basing on the demo sites).

    Also is there a possibility of adding a thank you page after an successful reservation is made?

    Could you please, clarify what you mean by details page?

    As for the thank you page, If you plan to use WooCommerce for payments, it makes sense to track WooCommerce page which is shown after payment is done.

    I thought that maybe I could use as a trigger a button click action, but in order to do so I would need to do if I can fully customize a “next” button (the one that transfer to each next step) on each of the steps.

    In Webba there is a JavaScript event which is triggered when booking form (details) are shown. Please, see an example of the code below:

    jQuery(document).on( 'wbk_on_form_rendered', function(){
    // ADD YOUR TRACKING CODE HERE

    });

    Hmmm, honestly I am not sure, I am not so professional in Tag Manager :D.

    What about the “next” button customization? Can the text of this button be different on each of the steps of the process? Let’s say that on step 2 (date and time) I would like it to say “proceed to details” and on the step 3 (details) I would like it to say “proceed to payment”. Is it possible?

    Unfortunately, I can’t assist with this as I’m not an expert in Google Tag Manager. The provided code is an example that should theoretically work.

    As for the ‘Next’ button – in the current version it is not possible to setup different text for each step.

    Thank you for your help. I bought the plugin and I am back with one more question ??

    For some reason all the dates in my calendar are not available to make a reservation, although I set up this service to be available from Mon to Sat basically throughout the entire day. Any idea how can I make it available?
