    Hello,
I have a problem when a client wants to realize an order from a different country of mine (Spain). If the client fills all the inputs, then, when it tries to proceed to pay, a message error appears saying: ‘Invalid payment method’. However, if I replicate the ‘order’ it works perfectly. The user is not logged, it comes as a guest.

If you are not from Spain, and do you know to ‘inspect’ the errors from network, any message info would be fantastic to try to solve this error.

On the Woocommerce settings, I’ve created a list where all the countries are allowed to buy, so this is not the problem.

    Thank you.

    Hi @crespialemany ??

It sounds like something might be affecting the payment process. Does this only happen with a specific payment method? If so, which one?

    Cheers!

Hola @andersonnarciso , muchas gracias por tu ayuda. Bueno, esta es una buena noticia, ya que pensábamos que este problema afectaba a todos los países. ?Podría ser la configuración de Woocommerce?

Hello @gabrielfuentes . I can’t confirm if it happens to all the payment methods. The customer answered now to us that they just used Paypal method. Anderson Narciso tried to proceed in Brasil and he said there wasn’t problems. Could it be some list country problem?

The following images represents the countries list configuration we have in our WooCommerce config:

    Hey there!

I went to the site/checkout and didn’t see any issues.

The screenshots you sent are shipping zones, and wouldn’t affect the payment methods on your site at all.

Do you have any other info on the issue you were seeing, like steps to make it happen again so we can see this happen?

    Hello @slash1andy ,

Actually, I don’t have a lot of information, because is just a text message that the customer sent to me. I know they are using safari, so maybe is a MacOs problem, and they tried to proceed using the language germany, english and spanish. All the cases gave errors. Some other clients from Scotland and Brazil didn’t have any troubles.

I really don’t know what could it be, I’ve checked all the configuration from Paypal, Woocommerce, etc. and all seems correct to me.

    Hey again!

I was viewing on a Mac with Safari, and no issue there. I was using English. I also checked using Firefox and Spanish.

Everything looks correct. The only thing I can think of is if they didn’t fill out the Captcha you have on the checkout page. It’s placed way down below everything, and fairly easy to miss.

Well, glad to read this. I installed now a VPN (monthly payment) and tried to pay, and worked in Germany and India, and all was fine.

Thank you for your recommendation about the captcha, will consider to move it. I think it is some problem of my customer.

Thanks a lot everyone for testing my issue.

Great! I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Cheers! ??
