    Hey guys,

    I have run into a bit of an issue. I only occasionally use WooCommerce but for a new event I need it and I’ve run into an issue where essentially my WooCommerce emails are not being sent out if they include an invoice PDF (generated by GermanMarket). Then the log says: SMTP Error: data not accepted.

    It does work fine for Invoice PDFs generated by other plugins such as Memberpress. Any idea what may cause the issue?

    Thanks for reaching out. The SMTP error indicates that the SMTP host isn’t accepting the email sent including the invoice PDF. Please make sure the ‘From Email’ of the email is the same as the SMTP username – you can also check the ‘Force From Email’ option in WP Mail SMTP settings, and the attached PDF does not exceed the limit set by the SMTP host.
