Hello. Yesterday we changed our wordpress database password, and after this move, the woocommerce mobile ios application only shows orders from the password change. I can see past orders if I search with order number, but if I roll down, it shows orders only the new orders. Past order are not visible if I roll down.

It says ”we couldn’t load your data”

We didn’t made any other change, so I do not think that there is other problem.

How can I solve this problem?

    Thank you very much,

    Zoltan

  • Hi @zolmany,

I’d be curious to know if you experience this same issue when you view your order information from your site’s WP Admin dashboard. If you can see past orders when you search with order ID, then it’s likely that the data hasn’t been tampered with in the database, and this could be a loading/network issue or something similar.

It might be worth clearing the cache and data for the WooCommerce mobile iOS application. This can be done by going to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, selecting the WooCommerce app, and then choosing “Clear Cache” and “Clear Data.”

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app while making sure you’re on the latest version of the app. This can help to ensure that any corrupted files or settings are removed, and the app is installed cleanly.

Lastly, since the WooCommerce app relies on Jetpack to load data from your WordPress site into the app, it’s important to make sure that Jetpack is up-to-date on the app. The latest version is currently 11.8.4.

Jetpack also performs best when it can access your site via XML-RPC and the REST API, and right now, the traditional XML-RPC endpoint is blocked by your server.

You can verify this by trying to access the xmlrpc.php file in your WP installation, which should normally return this message: XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.. You can check for security plugins that may be blocking access to that file or contact your host for help.

If you’re unable to resolve problems yourself, feel free to reach out to the WooCommerce app support team in-app via the?“Contact Support”?option from the “Help & Support” section of the Settings screen.

Dear Jay, thank you for your replay.

The problem still persist. It was worked well, but the app still showed: ”We couldn’t load your data” I said ok, I can live with that.

But yesterday we moved our site to cloudways, and the same problem happens, but little bit different before.

I see the statistics well, and I see the daily orders, but I can see maximum 25 orders approximately, and the order filter is not working too. So it only works half way.

We checked xmlrpc at couldways setting, but it is enabled.

Currently the newest Jetpack runs in my site.

    What do you think?

@zolmany At this point, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening.

Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
