Woocommerce iphone app problems.

Hi. I have big big issues with my woocommerce app.. it works okay sometimes but now its not even finding the shop in the app after reinstalling it. it kept telling me app was unable to connect properly or whatever it was when i tried to update the main page. so i figured deleting the app and reinstall it would help. but now i cant even log back on to it. when filling in my sites URL it wont find it or says “site is not connected to wordpress” please help me. One more issue is that when its “working” its not updating when doing changes to on-hold orders for example… seems to be poor connection between app and the acutal website….
