woocommerce ipn takes over paypal’s ipn

however, i need this ipn to be changed.

That URL is where WooCommerce looks for an IPN response from PayPal, so it cannot be changed unless you are willing to completely rewrite how WooCommerce handles IPN responses from PayPal.

It would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board(https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce), which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
