Woocommerce is causing my site to have a too many redirects error

    Hi,

    When a customer needs to download the digital product that they bought on my site the woocommerce cart page gives the error “too many redirects”. Even when I need to access the my-account page it gives that error. I cleared my cookies, but nothing happened. I got the advice to deactivate all my plugins, I discovered that WooCommerce was creating the error. Could you please help me?

    First, let’s check your logs. So please, provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
