• Hi there,

    WooCommerce is adding ?v=3eb4ffd21104 at the end of every page and post of my website. I’ve

    1. Deactivated all plugins, then re-activated them one-by-one. The issue resumed when I reactivated WooCommerce.
    2. Used the default theme. With WC active, the string persisted.

    Why’s this happening?

    I just got my host to update my PHP version to

    5.5.33 - We recommend a minimum PHP version of 5.6. See: How to update your PHP version

    My host cannot go higher. The issue is still persisting.

    You’re seeing that because of the setting you have under **WooCommerce > Settings > General > Default Customer Location** (Screenshot at https://cld.wthms.co/1gZFN/KODzDEKy). Set it to something *other* than Geolocate with caching support.

    That worked — thank you!

    Riaan, just want to say thank you. Theme developers had no clue, hosting had no clue. One simple Google search led me here. Saved a ton of time.

    Working on WordPress and changing so many settings can cause such minor issues become a disaster and it’s so easy to forget of having even making the change in the first place.

    Thanks again. Perfect!

    Cashlin, Cool Site!

    I wanted to add to that thank you! I was looking all over for the reason.

    @riaan, thank you very much!
