BadgeOS is causing a javascript error with WooCommerce. When we are in our WooCommerce Admin and are in a customer order. We cannot change the customer order status via the WooCommerce drop down because your plugin is causing the drop-down menu to behave erratically. When I move my cursor over any of the drop-down fields, they flash repeatedly and act erratically. This plugin has rendered the WooCommerce Order Status menu unusable in WooCommerce. In order to select a different status for a WooCommerce Order, I must completely disable the BadgeOS plugin. I have confirmed this error is being caused by your plugin, and your plugin only. I spun up a dev site for our website and disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce and BadgeOS and have determined that BadgeOS is the plugin causing this error. I am hoping that you can release a bug fix for this promptly, please.

    Hi @comountainman

Apologies for the delayed response as we have been busy updating the plugin and add-ons.

Thanks for pointing us to this issue, we will fix this in our next update which is due soon.

    Thanks

It looks that the select2 is being affected by the update. It makes it flicker so all the option in the status dropdown. it flickers when hovered.

    Hi @busymanager

We have double-checked the plugin with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce plugin and couldn’t re-create the issue. Can you provide us the steps to re-create the issue? that would help us in order to re-create the issue and provide a solution.

    Thanks

Hi, please note, i reported the issue as with Woocommerce Memberships plugin and not woocommerce.

    Hi @busymanager

WooCommerce Membership plugin is a premium plugin and we don’t have access to it. It would be better if you can provide us the steps to reproduce the issue or any screenshot?
that would be helpful in order to fix the conflict.

    Thanks

Getting the folowing info messages when using crome inspect:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
Typewriter Meta Fields do not exist
Failure with checking formfill: TypeError: Cannot read property ‘aid’ of null ln: undefined onloadwff.js:71

Screenshot of page in which error occur. https://snag.gy/hngB48.jpg
The screenshot is static and cannot show the movement when the selections are moused over.

When the selections are moused over to select it, it starts to rapidly change to other input selections available and the original displayed one cannot be selected as the selection keeps cycling to other input options.

If you need a video of the problem, please supply a method to upload it.

Just a note, i might be away for next week.

    Hi @busymanager

We have double-checked the plugin with WooCommerce Membership add-on and found it is working fine with latest version of BadgeOS (2.4) and WooCommerce Membership version 1.13.1.

Please deactivate all the plugins except BadgeOS, Woocommmerce and woocommerce Membership add-on, if the issue fixed then it may be a conflict with any other plugin/add-on.

    Thanks

Correct, i have found that the conflict is with plugin “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” Version 5.8.2 | By Elliot Condon | at “https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/”

Will appreciate it if you could look into it.

Hi, this issue is still persisting and with further testing i found that BadgeOSis the offending plugin and cause conflicts with both “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” and “WooCommerce Attach Me!”.

Both plugins function correct when BadgeOS is deactivated.

With BadgeOS activated, Either of the plugins will display the jumping issue in Woocommerce Membership formfill java scrip.

I will appreciate your assistance with this.

Hi, any feedback on this please.
