• Hi there!

Just tried to install Woocommerce on a website, but the problem is that Woocommerce language is English, but the rest of the site is Danish. (WP is set to da_DK)

I can see that Woocommerce should automaticly get the right language, but this is not the case.

What can the cause of the problem be?
    The site is: kiselgaarden .dk

    Here is the system status:

  • Hi,

I’m also struggling big time with translation.
    Here’s what I’ve got:

    – woocommerce
    – kingdom theme

My problem is that I’ve got words such as “Basket” or “No products in the cart” that are simply not translated into french.
I’ve tried many combination and updates around .po and .mo and also many places. It just would not translate.

So I did something: I update the header.php of my theme. What happened is really surprising. When loading the page I get my french translation “Panier” and then it show “Basket” again before the page is totally loaded. So I know there is a file somewhere that still contain this string “Basket” but just can’t figure out where exacltly.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Did you try Loco Translate:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/

    Activate, then:
Dashboard > Loco Translate > Plugins > WooCommerce > select your language > Edit
    Click the Sync button
then filter for the string you want to change.

If its not there, it could be in your theme, so look at
    Dashboard > Loco Translate > Themes > your-theme-name > …..
    Click the Sync button
then filter for the string you want to change.
