Woocommerce lightbox not working

  • Hi all,

    I’am having some problems with the woocommerce lightbox. Suddenly the lightbox stopped working and now when you click on a image it opens in a new window. I searched a lot of sites to fix the problem but without any solutions.
    I checked “Enable Lightbox for product images” option in woocommerce settings but it’s stil not working. I searched for other plugins that maybe will work, but with no succes. So I suppose the problem is with woocommerce it self?

    Anyone who can help me?

    Do you have a website link to look at? I believe it might be related to Javascript errors on the frontend, but can’t say without looking at your site…

    Hey all,

    I know what causes the problem, its another plugin. I use a woocommerce custom product designer (t-shirt product designer) for my products. When I deactivate the plugin, the lightbox starts working again. So someone have an idea how to fix this problem? I really need that plugin but the lightbox as well.
