    I did not have the correct catalogue for my new marketing company to use and tried to update this. I could not so undid the link hoping it would reresh and now it will not link back up it is saying i do not have the admin access in the Business Manager settings.

    Please help it is driving me made.
    I am using version 5.5

    I’m sorry to hear that the plugin is giving you some trouble. Would you please tell me a little bit more about what you mean when you say you “undid the link”? Did you make this change from the plugin or from Facebook?

    Hi Marcus.

    I have recently started workng with a new marketing company through facebook and the catalogue of my woo commerce products was not up to date.

    I have tried to fix this and made the mistake of taking off the Facebook plug in to try and re-connect it and solve this issue.

    I cannot now re-connect to my Facebook page BettyliciousUK

    The error reads;
    I do not have permission to connect to this page i need to contact the admin of Bettylicious.

    I do seem to have three ad accounts and two facebook pixels.

    First, would you please double-check that the ad account, pixel, and page that you would like to use are all able to be managed by the Business Manager that you will be choosing?
