Woocommerce – linking Puchaser registration to ADMIN

Hi,
The purchaser of our product may not be the admin person
We would like to be able to set a linked admin for the purchaser, but be able to override it for each order on my accounts or maybe each product within an order
e,g
purchaser is [email protected] :admin/backup is [email protected]
But on order 1234 : admin is [email protected]
But on product ABCD : admin is [email protected]
I would appreciate any help
