    Hello!

I Have a problem with the login/registration form that shows up to users on the site.

    The block shortcode name is:
    “[woocommerce_my_account]”

The form works perfectly fine, but I have no clue how to change the form details.

Can anybody help me locate the possible direction to Woocommerce’s login/registration form?

ps. I am using Blocksy theme.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hey there, @etheerna! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

The form works perfectly fine, but I have no clue how to change the form details.

Do you mean you want to edit how the form looks and the fields?

If this is not what you mean, can you share more details regarding what you want to do so we can assist you further?

If this is what you mean, you would need to edit the shortcode with custom code.

While we can’t provide support for code customization as per our support policy, we do our best to offer advice and direct you to appropriate resources.

You can visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there too.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hi, forgot to mention – I somehow managed to change the form someday on my localhost before I started to host my site.

But the catch is – I do not remember how did I make this formula at all.

And if it is possible with shortcode edition – how can I do so?

    Best regards,
    Etheerna

And also – I don’t really know why, but we – me, and my buddy cannot access the woocommerce.com site.

We are from Poland, and we live far away from ourselves.
Still – we cannot access the site.

    This site can’t be reached

    woocommerce.com refused to connect.

As I mentioned to edit the shortcode, you need custom code, which we are not able to provide support for. But you can find help on the ?WooCommerce Facebook group?or the?#developers?channel of the?WooCommerce Community Slack. ??

And also – I don’t really know why, but we – me, and my buddy cannot access the woocommerce.com site.

As I understand you can access the website, but your friend can’t, correct?

If you disable WooCommerce, are they able to access the website?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
