    Hi

I was notified by a customer, he said it was not possible to change password.

I went down to look at, it was true, he received a HTTP ERROR 500. I checked every post about woocommerce endpoints, nothing similar… I disabled this endpoint, BOOM, working, but now you were going to the standard WP change password page instead.

Then I figured it must be the reCaptcha plugin. I went to your plugin setup page, I disabled “Lost password form” and re-enabled the woocommerce endpoint. OK, now I am working, but without a reCaptcha.

In conclusion: I understand that your plugin is made to work with the standard WP lost password page, but when you enable Woocommerce this page is changed to the woocommerce endpoint.

    Can you check it out?

    Thanks
    Alain Aubry

  • I don’t have any other reports of a problem like this.

I have tested this with the latest woocommerce version 3.0.4 lost password page
    /my-account/lost-password/
    No problems found.

What version of woocommerce do you have?
Please explain what your woocommerce endpoint is and how you configured that.

HTTP ERROR 500 is a very generic PHP error, unfortunately it does not give me any file name or line numbers that would have been useful.

If you are having trouble please send a URL to the page where you are having trouble with. I will take a look at what the problem might be.
You can also privately send me the URL here if you want:

    That was fast!
I have WC 2.6.14, I cannot upgrade yet, my main payment gateway is not compatible.
But you are right in WC 3.0.4 does not fail.
Anyway if you want to review them:
    WC 2.6.14 (main site) https://www.casa-indigo.com/minha-conta/
    WC 3.0.4 (dev site) https://dev.casa-indigo.com/minha-conta/
    Thanks
