    Hello,

we are trying to prevent spam attacks on WooCommerce’s own lost-password form with the plugin. Unfortunately, the settings there do not work at all. The form is accessible under /my-account/lost-password/. I also see additions from CleanTalk in the HTML code, but nothing works. According to the statistics, spam attacks are blocked on WooCommerce’s own login form, for example, but not a single one is blocked on lost-password.

What do I have to set so that the protection takes effect on this form?

    Used:
    WordPress 6.4.4
    WooCommerce 8.7.0
    Cleantalk 6.31
    Elementor 3.21.5
    Elementor Pro 3.21.2
    WP Rocket 3.15.10

    Thanks ??

    Hello,

The Anti-Spam doesn’t protect this form. The form allows only emails registered on the website. Could you tell us why you need to protect it?

Ah, that was a good hint. Unfortunately, the form was used every 2-3 minutes to create new passwords. Always from apparently existing accounts, as I have just seen. These in turn were caused by spam requests to the registration form, which is now secure thanks to your plugin. We still have to remove the remaining spam accounts to reduce the flood of emails from the lost-password. Thank you ??

You can try this feature, it can help to find a part of spam accounts:

Thanks for the tip. But I think I will rather clean up the spam accounts instead of activating further functions. I’d rather have a clean database ??
