Woocommerce Mail doesn’t use the correct language

    We have set the WordPress / WooCommerce website to the German language (de_DE-formal).
    However, mails from WooCommerce are not sent with German content as set, but with English content.
    E.g. de mail for an account creation in WooCommerce.
    Or in order confirmations the headings of the product table are also in English instead of German.
    All translations are available, but apparently some of them are not used.
    What can be done?

    Hi there!

    I understand your concern. I’ve set the site language to German (de_DE-formal) and created a test account. Everything appears in German in the account creation email. I also placed a test order, and I can confirm that the order confirmation email heading is also in German.     To assist you better, could you please share screenshots of the issue you’re experiencing, along with the screenshots of the subject and heading you’ve set for account creation and order confirmation? You can find these settings by going to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails, and then look for “New Account” and click on the “Manage” button.

    Also, Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Download for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please upload it to this chat.
