woocommerce mail is not send

    Hi

    I am using wordpress 4.6 with woocommerce Version 2.6.11 and WP Mail Logging with Version 1.7.0
    My theme name is Handmade with version 2.5 I also install WP Mail Logging Log which is showing mail is send from website but i cant receive it.

    my php and mysql versions
    PHP Version:5.4.45 – We recommend a minimum PHP version of 5.6.
    MySQL Version:5.5.40 – We recommend a minimum MySQL version of 5.6.

    please solve the problem as soon as possible

    it is some particular type of emails not sent? Or every emails are not delivered? For example, could you check if email “I lost my password” is sent (log out and then try to log in, you will see link to “lost password” option)

    Then please check if it is not a problem with some plugin or theme. Set your site to use default theme and disable all plugins and see if you will receive emails. Disable also WP Mail Logging – it could be reason too.

    also: when checking for received emails in inbox, check spam folder as well. Maybe you receive them but they are qualified as spam.

    problem is solved after changing from email “something@domainname.in“
