    WooCommerce MailChimp version 2.0.19

    SS_WC_MailChimp_Handler::subscribe(): WooCommerce MailChimp subscription failed: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10002 milliseconds (ss-wc-mc-api-request-error)

    Have received the above message from wordpress twice in the last 12 hours. Have made no updates to the website for more than a week. Although the SSL certificate has been renewed recently.

    Any idea what is causing the error and how I resolve it ?

    Sounds like possible network connectivity issues with MailChimp API.

    I’ve also seen similar errors since I started using the plugin. Think it’s out of our hands?

    SS_WC_MailChimp_Handler::subscribe(): WooCommerce MailChimp subscription failed: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: us15.api.mailchimp.com (ss-wc-mc-api-request-error)

    I’m also having this issue, not sure what is causing and where I could begin to look? Any thoughts?
