Woocommerce Manual Invoice says items not in cart

    From the backend we generate a manual sale. Status sales pending. Email Invoice. Customer visits account manager page to pay for item.
    Clicks on Pay Now Button
    Cannot process sale. Says no longer in cart.

    Checkout Endpoints — it’s all standard/default.
    Pay is order-pay
    order received is order-recieved
    add payment method is add-payment-method

    our checkout is through Braintree using Mynixworld. it creates a JSON on the checkout page so endpoints should not be an issue per your previous post. Please advise.
