Woocommerce manual order email

After creating a manual order I can email the invoice successfully, and the order appears in the client account, but the ‘pay’ option does nothing.

1) When clicked on the client account page the page refreshes and that’s it.
2) In the email I get a ‘server not found’ message.

I can’t track down much about this error in other posts. I did see that someone deactivated and then reactivated the plugin, but that didn’t work for me.

I don’t think this is theme specific as the problem exists in email, but I am using Suffusion 4.4.4.
