WooCommerce Memberships

Hi guys,
I am running into the following WooCommerce Memberships question:
I have one membership with drip content. Every day a new post gets released to the members. The membership is connected to a specific product, so when the customer buys that product, the membership starts.

Now what I want to achieve is that when a user buys the same product for the second time. He gets a second membership assigned which is identical to the first one, but the drip content needs to start from day one. On the other hand the first membership will also stay active including the progress of the user.

So basically, I need one membership with two multiple different progresses for the same user.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to set this up?
