Woocommerce missing thumbnails

Would likely be a theme issue. See if there are outdated template files in WooCommerce > System Status and check for a theme update.

I’m having random image issues too including missing images on individual product pages. It is very random as only some images are missing and some are not. I replaced outdated template files and images still randomly missing.

My issue went away! Turns out it was a caching issue on my end. Thanks for your help.

I’m having a similar issue. Woocommerce was updated yesterday and now my product page images are not displaying correctly. Thumbnails are displaying properly on category page though, so I’m not 100% sure this is the same issue.

I checked the source code and everything appears to be ok. And the image DOES appear in the lightbox if you click the white area where the image SHOULD be.

Oh and I’ve cleared all the caches. On my computer and on the site. I’ve had friends check on other systems and the images aren’t displaying to anyone.

strangechild check your theme or post a link. If the markup changed slightly, the styles may be hiding images.

It could very well be my theme… Weaver II is being phased out and I was already building a new design in my sandbox.

Clear out your minify/cache – looks like its serving the old JS and not fading the images in ??

Thanks all. We ended up backing out Woocommerce 2.5 and restoring the db. Problem solved for now; well, for the customer anyway. We believe the issue is with the theme (constructo) so will be prompting the developers.
