WooCommerce – Multi Shop Help

I’m doing a bakery website and almost have the retail shopping complete. I also need a wholesale shop (with log-in). It would be a duplicate of the retail with the exception of the prices and the shipping rates. Can I do this on one site and can anyone tell me how I would set up the second (wholesale) part?
