    Hello @stug0,

Could you please verify your settings in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Multicurrency > Product page Currency Switcher?
It would be great if you can share those settings with a screenshot.

    Regards,
    Andrés

I’m afraid the images were not attached. Could you try again or use an online service for it?

Thank you, I can see that everything is set correctly.

It looks like you’re using the Woodmart theme, there’s a chance that the theme or one of the plugins is changing the product template, and the currency switcher can’t be added to the page. For example, I can’t find this line in your products page HTML code:

    <div class="wcml-dropdown product wcml_currency_switcher" >

It could be either the theme, plugin or a combination of both. Therefore can you do the following: check if this issue appears in your test site when:

    • Only WCML and WooCommerce activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
    • Theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Twenty as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

If you don’t see the issue happening in the above scenario, can you try to determine whether this is a theme or a plugin issue?

Is there any other way, we dont have any test environment.

In that case, I recommend you to contact your hosting provider or your developer to perform these procedures in a testing environment.

Alternatively, you can consider adding the switcher as a Widget or a shotcode as explained in our documentation:
    https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/

    I hope it helps

Ok I’ll go with the shortcode. Thanks Andrés

    (@stug0)

Just one last query how can I add the shortcode in the single product page of woocommerce.

The easiest way would be to go and add the shortcode directly on the product editing page or in the header/footer if your theme allows you to do that.
Otherwise, you will need to create a child theme and modify the WooCoomece PHP files or using a hook like woocommerce_before_single_product_summary for modifying its default behaviour.
