woocommerce multiple shipping classes for one product

I have one product – I would like the customer to be able to choose two shipping options – one is standard shipping, the second is on dry ice. Standard shipping for US customers for FedEx 2nd Day Am is is $25 and $50 for overnight. I am oik Weight/Country Shipping plugin for my international customers with six zones set for pricing (Zone 1, $75, Zone 2, $100, etc.) What I would like to be able to do, is if the customer regardless of country can choose to ship any product on dry ice instead of standard. the standard shipment options using flat rate for US customers and the oik Weight/Country Shipping option works great – but I think I need to figure out how to add multiple shipping options to each product so they can choose whether they want to pay the extra $100 for shipping on dry ice – I don’t want to impose that on them since the standard method of shipping on frozen gel pack works great for a majority of countries- only a few customers insist on the dry ice option, especially if they know the customs in their country is especially slow and tends to delay deliveries.
