Woocommerce – My Account Page – List all past orders in one page

Hi Team,
I’m using a Astra theme and Woocommerce and am trying to list all the past orders that the customer has made in the ‘My Account’ page. I’ve included the shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] but it’s only showing 1 order at a time and my customer will need to click the ‘Next’ button to load the next order.
Is there any way that I am able to list all the orders in one page instead? I have tried changing the shortcode to [woocommerce_my_account order_count=”20″] and [woocommerce_my_account order_count=”-1″] but nothing works.
Appreciate if anyone could advise on this. TQ very much!

Normally, the Orders section on My Account does not show one order at a time.
Thus, it’s highly likely that the issue is being caused by something else, either custom code or a plugin/theme conflict. Thus, I’d recommend that you first do a conflict test to check whether the issue is caused by a conflict.
* Be sure to use an uncustomized my account page with only the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode during the test.
* You may also want to comment out any custom code you have added to your site before doing the testLet us know how it goes.

I have reverted the My Account page to its default/original page with just the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode, however it still shows as one order at a time and not a list. I still have to click next to view the past orders.

Just to check, were you able to perform a conflict test after changing to the *new* My Account page?
You’ll want to check if the issue persists when you’ve switched to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One and all plugins are deactivated apart from WooCommerce. More info will be found in the conflict test guide.Kindly let us know how it goes.

Hello again. I have just done the below:
1. On my original site on Astra theme, I have deactivated and activated all plugins to test 1 by 1 and still only show 1 order.

While looking at the SSR, I saw that you’re using Astra and have their Starter Templates plugin installed. I tried changing to the Astra theme with one of their starter templates, but still, the orders on my end are shown in a list. Here’s a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/wzx1NM.jpg
Thus, could you have some custom code added to the site that making these modifications?
You could redo the conflict test and make sure that your custom code is commented out. Just to specify, you’ll need to have a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One and only WooCommerce running to make the first check of whether the/my-account/ordersappearance has changed.Hopefully, this yields some results.

Xposts.

It seems that you’ve set up the My Account page using Elementor as can be seen from the source code: https://snipboard.io/lraS1A.jpg
On my end, the account page is just a blank WordPress page with the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode. You could go to WP-Admin → Pages and create a new page then insert the shortcode and publish. After that, make the page the Account page here WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.
From there, you check if the appearance appeals better to you. If it doesn’t appeal, you can switch back to the previous my-account page.Hope it helps.
