    Hi Team,

I’m using a Astra theme and Woocommerce and am trying to list all the past orders that the customer has made in the ‘My Account’ page. I’ve included the shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] but it’s only showing 1 order at a time and my customer will need to click the ‘Next’ button to load the next order.

Is there any way that I am able to list all the orders in one page instead? I have tried changing the shortcode to [woocommerce_my_account order_count=”20″] and [woocommerce_my_account order_count=”-1″] but nothing works.

Appreciate if anyone could advise on this. TQ very much!

    Thanks @abwaita

Okay. So I have created a new wordpress page and included the shortcode.

This is how the account page is appearing on the site.

Then I click into the “recent orders” to view the orders but it still doesn’t appear like yours.

Appreciate your advise & help! Tremendous thanks.

    Thanks for getting back.

Seems that your styling is quite different even on a new blank page.

Just to highlight, there are quite a number of styling aspects on your site coming from your theme (Astra) and its supportive plugins, outside WooCommerce. Let’s do one check to see if it’s something you’ll have to consult the theme authors about.

If you switch to the Storefront theme with all other plugins deactivated apart from WooCommerce, is the new My Account > Orders page displayed as seen here https://snipboard.io/xyRc38.jpg?
    * You may want to do this on a test/staging site.

    Hi @abwaita

So I’ve just installed the WP Staging plugin to create a test/staging site. Once I’m on there, I have deactivated all plugin and maintain just the WooCommerce and it’s coming up perfect. I have shared a screenshot here: https://ibb.co/M6Zq649

And on the same staging site, I have then reverted back to the Astra theme it came out like this screenshot here : https://ibb.co/vcbT8qy . So I’ve noticed the icon links on the side was still there (I did those customization on elementor on my original astra theme) and I have clicked edit page (as surprisingly did not appear on edit with elementor) just the normal wordpress editor and remove those links and now it is appearing like this screenshot here : https://ibb.co/0QhCPL3 and https://ibb.co/SN370xG

Separately, I’ve tried to replicate to removing those icon link which I customized on the live site. And this is what I am getting screenshot here https://ibb.co/tBj0qGB and https://ibb.co/5jCnvVG .

Basically, what I am hoping to get to now is just getting the page to revert back to the original, default settings/appearance. Could you help?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
