woocommerce my-account page rest password email not working

Hi there! Is it possible that the reset email is getting caught in your spam inbox? You might want to check there first, and if it is, you can whitelist the email address it’s being sent from.

One way to test what emails are going out of your site is to activate WP Mail Logging, and you will be able to see if the emails were sent at all: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

If you are having issues with all of your emails going out from your site, you might consider using SMTP or another mail service, such as is outlined in this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-use-smtp-server-to-send-wordpress-emails/

Are you using any kind of caching plugin? Sometimes you came up in a loop, which will always take you to the reset password page again and again.

I already check spam folder but there is no mail.
The same website of contact page, I send the email through contact form 7, it works correctly.

First I used wp-cache plugin then I deactivate it, but problem is same.

I’ll second NickGreen’s suggestion of trying WP Mail Logging, it’ll help narrow down the source of the problem. After that my password reset troubleshooting guide has a couple sections that might help:

I tried the WP Mail Logging plugin.
Its show me the following error. Please can you guide me how and where I should configure this error.

ERROR: Could not instantiate mail function

I see there’s an error getting thrown when that specific email is trying to send.

Can you please go to WooCommerce > status > logs and look for fatal error logs in the drop-down?

If you can find the whole error that is happening at the time that email is trying to send, we might be able to find the source of the problem.

shujaat92, are any emails (contact forms, order emails, etc.) going out from the site? That error makes me think something about mail delivery is configured incorrectly:

If no mail is going out, I’ll second NickGreen’s suggestion of trying SMTP: it might be easier than trying to figure out what the underlying problem is.
