Hello, I just found out about the new optional WooCommerce navigation experience.
By the way, how old is this feature? I’ve never heard about it.
While I was testing it tho, I noticed that it conflicts with Gutenberg in the product description.

I enabled Gutenberg in the product description because I create graphical descriptions that are way more engaging for the customers.
However this breaks the backend product page UI.

  • Hello,

Sorry to hear about that, I understand you are referring to the feature under:

    WooCommerce > settings > advanced > features > navigation.

This feature is available since 6.4+ installations. For better assistance please provide the following:

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Thanks.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, (I think that at this point you have been able to find a solution) so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Best.
