Woocommerce ‘No Shipping’ Error on One Product Only

    Hello, I’ve been trying to navigate a problem with Woocommerce. It all works perfectly except for one product, our gift card. When trying to purchase a gift card you get this error message “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help”.

    The gift card has weight, dimensions, and shipping class. We don’t have any shipping zones set up and its never been a problem with anything else. I attempted to establish a shipping zone just to see if it would fix anything and it does, I’m able to assign a flat rate to the gift card except that I don’t want a flat rate. I just want normal shipping options, calculated through Canada Post like all the other products.

    What is going on?

    Kindly make sure that it is a physical product and not a virtual product.
    The plugin works for physical products only.

    If you still do not get the rates for that product, then request you to provide us the debug request and response so that we can check the problem.

    Note : Make sure to remove the sensitive information from the debug request before sending it to us.
