• Ok, i′m going crazy, i entered a table with all California taxes but the tax is always on 0 at checkout. I tried everything i found online and nothing. I would really appreciate some help.

The problem of the missing table is not mine…the table is created.

I dont know what else to do…

If you “calculate tax based on shop base address”, and in WooCommerce, there can be only one shop base, that means everyone pays the same tax?

So, the tax rates table needs to be only one line: a * in the first 4 columns and the tax rate which is applicable at the shop base address.

Its really weird, i changed it to calculate tax based on billing address, because i need the tax to be applied to California, and the different zip codes. And it works as long as im connected to the wordpress account. If i try from another computer or disconnected from WP it wont work…

I dont know what to do

Ok, so “tax based on billing address” means WooCommerce can’t work out the tax until the billing address is entered and the customer clicks Pay.

You could try General tab, Default customer location = Geolocate. Note this is unlikely to be totally accurate since a user can have an ISP in a nearby area.

Or you make customers register and login before letting them shop.
