WooCommerce not displaying updated prices

I’m having a real issue here with WP All Import and WooCommerce. I’ve got the thing working and it seems to be doing its job perfectly – the documentation was perfect for telling me how to update stock levels and pricing, but for some reason WooCommerce isn’t showing the updated prices in the store.
As a test I set a handful of prices to random numbers (some I just left blank), then run the import again. The store front is still displaying the random number (or blank) I typed in but when I actually edit the product the field has updated from the feed. Clicking “update” will set the product on-course again but I have no idea if moving forward this will become an issue.
The plan is to take out a multi-site Pro version so we can get the plugin to regularly check an XML feed that our stock system will output but for now I’m getting it working with a manual export I just did. As I said, the plugin seems to be working but it’s not fully updating in the WooCommerce front. Any ideas?
