WooCommerce not exporting to ShipStation

We have been using the ShipStation plugin for about a year with minor to no issues. We just started upgrading our site and ShipStation has stopped exporting orders to ShipStation.
We have gone back and reconfigured it but no changes. The logs are not registering any activity between Woo and ShipStation.
However, when I run the shipstation test URL (https://sbnai.net/revhd-new/?wc-api=wc_shipstation&auth_key=WCSS-0c63a9055d15a98c885fedcb5a02f65e&action=export&start_date=08/23/2021%2000:05&end_date=08/23/2021%2023:59) then it shows activity on the order.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
