Woocommerce not integrating with Alibaba

I was told by Alibaba support that anything beyond woocommerce 7 does is not supported. I’ve been trying to get this to work for about a year now. What can I do other than downgrading woocommerce or going over the shopify? Are you guys working on this? I need it bad – please.
