Woocommerce not sending address to PayPal

I’m using the Woocommerce Plugin and I have just once payment gateway enabled which is Paypal. I checked it worked with Sandbox before making my site live and now I am receiving orders, however, the address, either the billing or shipping, is not being send to Paypal so I get paid okay but it says that the address is missing so I am not eligable for seller protection as I have a missing address. The addresses come through my orders fine so I have a billing and shipping address on my orders screen but paypal doesn’t get either. The only option I can see when I go into the paypal gateway screen which might affect it is the ability to send paypal the shipping address by ticking a box. I know Paypal will only accept one address but choosing either billing or shipping as the address doesn’t work.

Any ideas. Paypal weren’t of any help, even their developer support says its a woocommerce/word-press issue.
