• Hi,

    When there is an order placed in my Woocommerce shop, the customer doesn’t receive the confirmation e-mail of the order. The admin does receive a new order email.

    So I figured out after spending days and days trying to solve this issue that the problem is the Astra theme. When I switch the theme to storefront there is no issue and the customers do receive all the emails sent during the process of ordering something in the Woocommerce store.

    I really love the Astra theme and don’t really want to change it to another theme. Is there a way I can solve this issue without changing theme?

    Ps. the issue still happens even after I deactived all other WordPress plugings, so it’s not a third plugin that is blocking the e-mails.

    Also there is no issue with my email provider, SPF record, DKIM, DMARC etc. are all installed. All other emails are sent/received except the woocommerce emails that should be sent to the customer.

    The Astra theme is updated, and also are all other plugins.

    Your Shop page has no products. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    Just FYI, so far, we only have you report this. Although your report looks promising as you have tried on the WooCommerce default theme, deactivating plugins, and have check with your email provider as well.

    Please consider reaching out to us through our Support Portal so we can have a closer look at this. You can just mention this thread when you submit a ticket, so you don’t need to re-explain this.
