Woocommerce not sending emails after changing hosts

Hello there.

I recently changed hosts and since then Woocomemrce has not been sending out emails. When I switched sites I backed up the database and then imported it into a new database on my new host so I’m not sure if that’s the problem.

The emails worked on my old host (HostGator) but not my new host (Dreamhost). I have tried disabling all plugins except for woocommerce, I have also tried using an SMTP plugin and I have tried manually sending the emails through the backend. Nothing works.
