    Hello
    I use Woocommerce 6.4.1 with PHP 7.4 for my site, after new order placed on the site, the customer gets email from the site, but the admin does not.
    I need help to fix this issue

  • This sounds like a delivery problem with the recipient email. This may be related to how the mail delivery is configured in the hosting. Do you use a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ to send the emails authenticated via a mail server? If not, this could be a possible solution. Otherwise you would have to contact your hoster for clarification.

    thanks for your reply
    wp-mail-smtp is already installed and configured successfully.
    and i found that admin received email about the order, but this didn’t happen before.
