Woocommerce not showing Data in Analytic

I understand that there is no data being displayed under?Analytics,?is this correct?

Can you please do the following, and see if this resolves the issue:

• Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type?, and select?Date Created?on the dropdown:

• Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache
• Import Historical Data

Thank you for your response, I followed your instructions up to the Import of the Historical Data, however seems that the import is stuck and blocked.

Also, i found in the status page a Warning: “Action Scheduler migration in progress. The list of scheduled actions may be incomplete.”

Is this correlated? Idk

Hello @arystos,

The data import process uses the action-scheduler, so it is indeed related. Please check for any fatal-error logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs (look for them in the drop-down menu).

Furthermore, could you please try updating the database from WooCommerce > Status > Tools?

Also, may I ask why you installed the dedicated Action Scheduler plugin? The action scheduler is already included with WooCommerce by default. :?)

I installed the Action Scheduler plugin because I searched for help, and advise me this solution (it not worked unfortunately).

I updated the database and still facing the same issue, not much seems changed.

All the fatal error I had are old, the latest is on 5th January.

Should I share with you to show any changes?

I updated the database and still facing the same issue, not much seems changed.

WC Version: 7.7.2
WC Database Version: 7.6.1

As per the SSR, I am able to see that the WooCommerce Database is still outdated, and does not match the WooCommerce core version.

Is this the latest SSR? If so, could you please try updating the database again via WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools?→?Update database.

I am also able to see a lot of pending action, with the most recent being 2023-06-05.

WooCommerce uses a system called?WP-CRON?that runs automated actions inside WordPress. There may be times when it doesn’t work as expected, and they are stuck in a pending state.

I would recommend installing the?WP Crontrol?plugin to see if there are any errors. Please share these with us here.

I think that Action Scheduler il blocking the Woo DB update, tell me if I understood correctly.

I’d suggest reaching out to your hosting provider to determine the cause of the cron failure. They will likely assist you in resolving the issue, at which time any backlogged jobs would resume.

Hi @ihereira thanks for the suggestion but the problem is still not resolved

My hosting provider (Aruba.it) said that the problem was a database corruption, and that I should reset the backup to before this corruption happened.

The thing is, this bug happened pretty much earlier this year, and in the meantime I’ve updated my inventory, changed my site design, and generated sales that I need to save. I can’t just reset everything.

Any ideas?

To do not affect your live site, you can create a staging site, many hosts provide a staging environment, or you can WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

My hosting provider... ...said that the problem was a database corruption, and that I should reset the backup to before this corruption happened.

Once a staging site is created, you can get older backups and restore it.
