woocommerce not showing order notes notes when email is sent

Hi, after all this updates from woocommerce I have a serious problems for me.

When ever customer leave order note I don’t get it I checked with sandbox and tested it all on my own and order note never come with other order details, field is empty can you please help me with this problem.
