Thanks for sharing the System Status Report. Nothing in it stands out as a problem.

Did this problem start recently? Do you remember making any changes before the issue started such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error? Let us know what you find.

If there are no fatal errors then we recommend that you check whether the issue persists when you change to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront, and deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce. If this issue does not persist at this point, you’ll want to reactivate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue. I followed the tutorial but nothing changed. I changed the theme, deactived and reatived every single plugin but the problem still persist.

There’s any other thing i can try?

Can you please update your .,wc version to the latest 6.9.4? You can refer to this documentation:

Can you please head to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled actions > pending Then be sure to run the pending actions, and allow them some time to run/update properly.
