Woocommerce Notes to Admins

    Hello,

    If customer updates the order with a note then an email is sent to the customer’s email. But, I would like to send this email to administrator as well, if the note contains a specific word.

    Please advise.

    This would require customization or a plugin. Our [AutomateWoo](https://woocommerce.com/products/automatewoo/) extension provides the ability to send a custom email to whatever email address you designate. You can also send this email only when a customer note is added with certain keywords identified. Here’s a screenshot that shows how you can set this up.
