    I’m using Mail Bank to send out notifications of orders in WooCommerce using the PHP Mailer function. The notifications get sent but at the very least in Gmail, the orders go to the Junk folder and it doesn’t seem to matter which email address under my clients domain I use.

    Th client uses Office365 for email via GoDaddy. When I send an email in O365 to a Gmail account, it arrives in the proper folder. Not junk.

    Is this an Office365 issue, a WooCommerce issue, one from my web host (HostGator) or something else?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Please share your original email header received in your junk folder.

    Please make sure that the From Email Address and the Account used for authentication of Office 365, both email addresses are same in Mail Bank.

    Sometimes gmail will mark an email as Junk if it doesn’t matches with the authentication email address.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Please check below!

    It’s clearly specified that the SPF Records failed and this is one of the reason mail is coming to the spam in gmail address.

    Received: from kin.kingplush.com ([216.172.164.219])
            by mx.google.com with ESMTPS id l191si2438528oib.153.2017.09.12.18.02.57
            for <[email protected]>
            (version=TLS1_2 cipher=ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256 bits=128/128);
            Tue, 12 Sep 2017 18:02:57 -0700 (PDT)
    Received-SPF: fail (google.com: domain of [email protected] does not designate 216.172.164.219 as permitted sender) client-ip=216.172.164.219;

    Please contact your WebHost along with Office 365 and show them the header of the email.

    Tell them that you have configured a SMTP Plugin in your WordPress website for sending emails and the details used are from an Office 365 A/c.

    Until SPF Records are not matched, your emails would appear in Spam.

    Thanks
