• Hi, when a client doesn’t pay for a subscription renewal the status of the subscription switches to On Hold. The payment retries a few times, but in the end the Subscription is just left On Hold and never switched to cancelled — even if it’s been months.

    These are automatic renewal subscriptions.

    I’m wondering if there is a way for me to fix this? The reason it’s an issue is because i’m not notified of On Hold orders so I don’t know to deactivate subscription services for that client.

    Any help is appreciated! I’ve been up and down Google regarding this and I can’t find anything that helps.
