[woocommerce] On product site: Change product attributes via click

  • Hello Community!

    For months now, I’m working on our WP Woocommerce site.
    The following problem keeps me searching for a solution since 2 weeks.
    I hope you can help me!

    I completely recreated the page on which our products are displayed.
    The “Add to Cart” button sends all the information of the form like product name, price, quantity except the product attributes.

    The user can choose between 10 kinds of wood and 10 versions of color.
    (If user chooses color, the selected wood should automatically be acer)

    I need to know in which variable woocommerce stores this information so that I can change the value when the user clicks on one of the wood/color thumbnails.
